Joshua Varnedoe
Lead Pastor
Josh serves as the lead pastor of Christ Community Church. Josh was born in Knoxville and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Marketing. He later graduated from the Sovereign Grace Pastor’s College in 2021. After graduating, Josh served on staff at Cornerstone Church of Knoxville where he led Cornerstone’s campus outreach to the University of Tennessee. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh married his childhood friend, Melanie, and they have a little girl named Jacqueline. Josh is a passionate college football fan, wannabe golfer, and despite being made fun of, a committed Crossfitter.
Drew Williams
Pastor
Drew serves as a pastor at Christ Community Church. Drew graduated from UT in 2017 with a degree in environmental science. He later graduated from the Sovereign Grace Pastor’s College and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Drew served as a pastor at Cornerstone Church of Knoxville overseeing the post-college ministry and the Sunday classes. Drew is married to Maria and together they have three delightfully rambunctious boys: Teddy, Gus, and Henry. Drew enjoys reading old books, pickup basketball, and playing kings vs dragon with his boys. He is always the dragon, and he is always slain.
